Group roll-up
The group roll-up is the parent’s view of the whole tree. Each entity appears with its own figures and the figures of everything beneath it, indented by its depth in the group — built only from what each company has reported up.
Who uses it: the Group RM and Group Readers. See Roles and permissions.
What it shows
Section titled “What it shows”- One row per entity, indented by depth: group → subsidiary → division → team.
- For each row, the entity’s own figures and the totals of everything beneath it: risks by band, RCSA filing status, validated losses, KRI status, open actions, BIA readiness.
- The list of entities counted in each total.

What the system does or refuses
Section titled “What the system does or refuses”- Read-only by rule. A parent reads the roll-up and cannot create, edit, approve or close any subsidiary record from it — see Subsidiary-Independence.
- Only what was reported up is counted, and the parent has no access to a subsidiary’s records — see Report-Up-Only and Reported-Then-Visible.
- Sister companies never see each other — see Down-Only Visibility.
