Public CSR path
The public CSR path is a no-login page your company can offer the public and staff families during a specific hazard — a city-wide flood, for example. It shows the hazard map and self-check guidance and hands directions to a maps app. It collects no personal data.
Who uses it: the client administrator requests it; the platform-level account switches it on and off. Anyone with the link can open it.
What the public sees
Section titled “What the public sees”| Hazard map | The hazard’s extent and official shelters, each layer with its source and time |
| Self-check guidance | Short guides for the scenario — what to prepare, what to do if water enters the home, emergency numbers |
| Maps hand-off | Pick a destination, such as a shelter, and open directions in Google Maps or Apple Maps |
The public path does not show your staff, your company’s internal status, check-ins, BCP levels or company sites, and it has no route guidance of its own — that is for registered staff.
Switch it on or off
Section titled “Switch it on or off”- The client administrator asks Qirin X to open the public path for a named hazard and the period it should run.
- The platform-level account switches it on. The page is live at your company’s public address.
- When the hazard has passed, the platform-level account switches it off. Visitors then see that the service is closed.
What the system does or refuses
Section titled “What the system does or refuses”- No personal data. The public path has no sign-in, no form and no check-in, and records nothing about its visitors.
- Platform-level switch only. No user inside your company can switch it on or off.
- One hazard at a time. It is opened for a specific hazard, not left running.
