Agent Portal

The Agent Portal is where each SA sees what they have earned, from any phone, tablet or computer. It opens like an app from the home screen, needs no app store, and shows only the SA’s own book. Every figure traces to the transaction or the holding day it came from.

Who uses it: SA employee · SA freelance · Team Lead (adds the team roll-up). Commission Admin answers disputes from the back office.

The same accounts as the rest of 1 Core System, designed for single sign-on with the institution’s e-mail, with multi-factor authentication for every SA. A session on a phone ends after 12 hours idle.

ScreenWhat the SA sees
HomeThis month’s upfront, retention accrued so far, the value of the book and the number of customers; last period’s net pay; alerts when a statement is ready or a dispute is answered
EarningsBy period → by type (upfront, retention, adjustment) → by customer → by fund. Each line opens the transaction reference or the holding date behind it
My bookAssigned customers, holdings by fund and their value, and the dates each account was assigned
StatementsThe monthly statement PDF and, for freelance SAs, the withholding tax certificate (50 ทวิ), to download
DisputesRaise a question on a statement line, follow the thread with the Commission Admin, see the outcome
ProfileLicence number and expiry (read-only), tax profile (freelance SAs update it, the Commission Admin approves), bank account shown masked

A Team Lead sees their own figures and a roll-up of their team. Customer-level detail outside their own book appears only when the institution grants it.

  • An SA sees customer name and account reference only — no ID numbers, no addresses.
  • Every customer-level view is logged.
  • Access is enforced in the database, row by row: an SA’s session can read only rows that belong to that SA.
  1. On Earnings or Statements, open the line and press Raise dispute, with a message.
  2. The Commission Admin answers in the thread. A correction, if any, is an adjustment signed by a checker.
  3. The dispute closes with its resolution, and the SA is alerted.
  • No SA sees another SA’s book.
  • No half-computed figures. The portal reads the last completed calculation.
  • Nothing on the portal can change a figure. Figures change only through the back office, with two signatures.
