Work status
Work status tells your company whether, and where, you are working today. It sits next to your check-in: check-in says whether you are safe, work status says whether you can work.
Who may do it: every employee, for themselves.
Set your work status
Section titled “Set your work status”- Open BCP Core and tap Work status (it also appears after you check in).
- Choose one:
- In office;
- Working from home;
- Unable to work;
- On leave.
- Tap Save.
You can change it during the day; the latest choice counts for that day. Each new day of an incident asks again.
How it rolls up
Section titled “How it rolls up”- Your team head sees the day’s work status for the team: how many in office, working from home, unable to work and on leave, and who has not answered.
- HR and the BCP head see the same figures for every unit in the company.
- BCP Core reads each team’s minimum staffing for its critical activities from the BIA. A team below its minimum for the day is shown to its team head and to the BCP head.
What the system does or refuses
Section titled “What the system does or refuses”- One value per person per day. A new choice replaces the earlier one for that day; the history is kept in the incident timeline.
- Your own status only. Work status is tied to your signed-in account.
