Loss report pack
The loss report pack is the RMC’s monthly or quarterly loss pack, assembled by the system from the accepted monthly loss reports and exported in one step.
Who uses it: the Entity Risk Manager prepares it; the RMC receives it. See Roles and permissions.

Exporting the pack
Section titled “Exporting the pack”- Open the loss report pack.
- Choose the entity and the period — a month or a quarter.
- Export to PDF or Excel. Thai text renders correctly in both.
What the system does or refuses
Section titled “What the system does or refuses”- The pack is built from accepted months. A month the RMC has not accepted is shown as not yet accepted, and its figures are not frozen — see Monthly loss report and nil return.
- Counts what the teams filed — the events on each team’s monthly loss report; rejected events are never on it.
- The export respects the reader’s visibility. Sensitive events appear only for readers in the reporting line.
