Signing and submission

The applicant signs once, at the end, with a fresh face scan and an SMS code. Submission starts the system’s work at once, and after approval the account opens by itself under the institution’s own account number.

Who does it: the applicant signs and submits. Officers act between submission and approval in CDD Core.

  1. Destination bank account. Enter the account that withdrawals and redemptions pay to, and upload a photo of the bank-book page.
  2. Review. Read the whole application on one page.
  3. Sign. Signing is a fresh face scan plus an SMS one-time code. A computer without a camera hands this step to the phone by QR code.
  4. Submit. The application becomes SUBMITTED. The system checks with the state, applies the gates, scores the risk and screens the names at once.

StateMeaning
DRAFTThe applicant is still filling in the forms.
SUBMITTEDSigned and submitted; in the officers’ queue.
INFO_REQUESTEDAn officer asked for more; the applicant edits in KYC Core.
APPROVEDSigned off on the route shown in the application file; the customer enters the customer book.
REFUSEDRefused by the gates or by the officers’ decision.
ACCOUNT OPENEDThe account is open and the institution’s own account number is issued.

The applicant is told by e-mail or SMS, on verified channels only, when the application is submitted, needs information, is approved, is opened or is refused. After the application, the applicant lands on a customer home that shows status, account, documents and contact.

  • Fund business: the account is opened at the fund platform and the number it returns is mapped to the institution’s own account number. The customer only ever sees the institution’s number.
  • DA Dealer: the customer’s status, class and limits go to Trading Core, and service opens once the pre-service facts are recorded.
  • Approved means open. No officer has to press “send” or confirm the account after approval.
  • Signing needs both factors. A face scan without the SMS code, or the code without the scan, does not sign.
  • The destination account is the customer’s own, confirmed by the bank-book page; withdrawals pay only there.
