5 October 2026 — Reference, BCP Core and Administration

• Reference. The Glossary now covers every Risk Core and Agent Core term, with a one-line definition each. New pages: Codes, statuses and values, FAQ and this page.
• BCP Core. Pages for employees, team heads and executives, the BCP head and operator and the public CSR path.
• Administration. Organisation structure, people, roles, group configuration, actions, audit log, imports, single sign-on and exports.
• Integrations. The integration map now shows the EDD Intel web search, connected in QX’s name, which searches customer names only.
• Security and data. Security and data states where the shared platform’s database is hosted.
• Records and retention. An abandoned draft is kept 72 hours once the applicant’s e-mail is verified — see Records and retention.

5 October 2026 — QX Docs launch

QX Docs opens at docs.qirinx.app, in Thai and English:

• 1 Core System — KYC Core, CDD Core and Agent Core, with roles and controls, integrations, security and the API.
• Risk Core — Get started, ERM Core (RCSA, Loss Event, KRI, BIA, dashboards and reporting, risk appetite and taxonomy) and Governance and security.
• Trading Core.
