Exports
Every register and report in Risk Core exports to Excel or PDF, in Thai or English with Thai fonts correct. An export never holds more than the person exporting it may see on screen.
Who may do it: anyone who can open the register or report, for what their role lets them see. Entity Risk Managers and auditors use it most. See Roles and permissions.

Export
Section titled “Export”- Open the register or report.
- Set the filters you need — entity, period, status.
- Choose Export, then Excel or PDF.
- The file carries the filters used, who exported it and when.
What the system does or refuses
Section titled “What the system does or refuses”- The export follows the reader. Every report view runs with the caller’s own rights, so an export holds only what you may see (Security and data).
- Sensitive loss events appear only for readers in the reporting line.
- A parent’s export holds what its subsidiaries have reported up — validated or approved — and nothing else of theirs.
- Thai fonts are embedded so Thai text prints correctly in PDF.
- Every export is recorded in the audit log.
All of a company’s data
Section titled “All of a company’s data”At contract end, or on request, the client receives an export of all its data, and the data is then deleted — see Security and data.
